When it comes to making power, bigger is better. One of our Snailworks Engineering Team’s main objectives was to not be constrained by the small OEM duct design that feeds air to the airbox. To accomplish this, The optional AMS airbox and duct have been enlarged significantly compared to their stock counterparts for improved airflow in from the front grille. In fact, the connection between the duct and airbox has been enlarged by over 149%! This adds an improved ram-air effect, resulting in lower intake air temperatures entering the engine.

Our custom shaped 4-ply silicone is designed for smooth air delivery, with a matched interior diameter to the 3″ mandrel bent aluminum intake piping, minimizing any turbulence or disruption in air flow.
